The item must be damaged or wrongly delivered.

You must raise a request within 10-15 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, refund, or exchange:

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Our support team will review and get back to you with the next steps.

Important Notes:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than damage or incorrect product.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed and credited  to your original payment method within 10-15 business days after the return is received and verified.

In case of an exchange, we will ship and delivered  the replacement item within 10-15 days
